Davey Tree and PWC pay first installment on 'Trees for Threes' pledge

Local high school students were on hand at the Great Lakes Science Center Oct. 19, to collect and plant the first "Trees for Threes" donated by Kent-based Davey Tree.

Davey might not have realized what it was getting into when the basketball season started. Now they're on the hook for 433 trees.

"Davey's really making this possible with all of those trees," said PWC Lake Erie Market Managing Partner Mark Ross, who was on hand for the festivities.
