Stream Restoration & Stormwater Outfall Retrofit

Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. was part of the Arlington National Cemetery Millennium Project team. As part of the project, they designed and permitted the stream restoration component that was an integral part and focal point of the aesthetic layout of the expansion.

Ravine & Coastal Restoration

Fort Sheridan In Highland Park, IL

In collaboration with Openlands, Lake Forest Open Lands Association, and Lake County Forest Preserve District, DRG performed ecological work along 1.5 miles of the Lake Michigan shoreline and within the McCormick/Jane, Hutchinson, Scott Bartlett, and Schenck Ravines. Work was completed in 2020, with monitoring and warranty work continuing into 2021.

DRG performed baseline environmental investigations and prepared permits to help the Department of Defense expand several sites in the Marine Corps Base at Camp Lejeune, Onslow County, NC.

Lakes Creek In Egg Harbor Township, NJ

DRG oversaw construction and post-construction of the Lakes Creek Wetland Mitigation Bank to help Atlantic County, NJ receive compensatory wetland mitigation credits for bridge replacement and construction projects.
