DRG partnered with The Nature Conservancy to perform design/build services for stream and wetland mitigation at the John A. Wannemacher Nature Reserve in Miami County, OH. The project restored over 2,400 linear feet of stream, utilizing bioengineered bank treatments and in-stream structures.

In 2023, DRG was contracted by the Michigan DNR to restore Curtis Creek Fen, a 12-acre biodiverse wetland area. DRG targeted wetland invasives and woody species to enhance biodiversity, using spot treatments and cautious methods to avoid disturbing wildlife.

DRG conducted vegetation surveys at Camp Edwards, MA, assessing pine barrens habitat for Lepidoptera monitoring. Covering 14,433 acres, transects were surveyed meticulously, and data entered into MAANG's database, emphasizing integrity and adherence to program standards.

DRG collaborated with local organizations to manage phragmites regrowth in Long Pond's tidal wetlands. Through targeted planning, ISA-certified arborists applied spot spraying to minimize impact on native vegetation and wildlife.
