Davey Promotes Bence to District Manager

Kent, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Co. has announced the promotion of Justin Bence to district manager of the north Minneapolis residential/commercial office.

Bence started with Davey in 2009 as a tree trimmer in the north Chicago office. In 2013 he transferred to the south Minneapolis office as a tree care foreman. In 2014 he was promoted to sales arborist.

Some description

Bence is a 2012 graduate of the Davey Institute of Tree Sciences, Davey’s flagship training program in biological sciences, safety, tree and plant care and management techniques, and in 2010 he completed Davey’s Advanced Arborist Training program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental horticultural science from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo and is an International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist.
