Kent, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Company has announced the promotion of Andrew Misch to Western recruiter/trainer.
Misch started with Davey in 2013 as a foreman/climber and as a Plant Health Care technician in Davey’s Southeast Chicago Residential/Commercial office. Misch is a 2015 graduate of the Davey Institute of Tree Sciences, which is Davey’s flagship training program in biological sciences, safety, tree and plant care and management techniques.
Mark Noark, manager of recruiting and training for Davey, said the newly created regional recruiting and training position allows Misch to work directly with Davey offices in Western states.
“The Davey Company’s tremendous growth in all segments and service lines offered this great opportunity to better connect with employees and future employees in the states that fall under Andrew’s region,” Noark said.
Misch will manage recruiting and training in the newly established Western region, which includes Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho.
