Early Season Tree Damage from Storms Surge in Edmonton, Canada

Arborists in Alberta have been busier than usual so far this year as a result of the heavy windstorms that have shaken the province this spring.

Kevin Cassells, Davey Tree Expert Company arborist and Edmonton district manager, said the amount of calls they have received is up about 20 per cent from 2016. He said the storms that have hit are uncommon for the spring and typically would only hit later in July and August.
