Gray Leaf Spot
Gray Leaf Spot (GLS) is a fungal disease that affects various turfgrasses. Lesions start as olive green to brown, water-soaked dots, no larger than a pinhead. As the infection progresses, the lesions become larger and ash-colored with purple to brown margins.

Woolly hackberry aphids (WHA), also called Asian woolly hackberry aphids, are an invasive species from China that are small and usually without wings. They look like fuzzy, white masses found on the underside of stems and leaves
Zimmerman Pine Moth
Zimmerman pine moths are 5/8” long with gray wings marked with mottled red and gray. Once a year, their larvae hatch and tunnel into trees, interfering with the tree’s sap flow and weakening them. Eventually, wind may break the weakened tops.
Cherry Bark Tortrix
The cherry bark tortrix (CBT) moths are major pests in the Pacific Northwest, where they affect rosaceous trees and shrubs. Affected plants include apple, crabapple, hawthorn, Mountain ash, pear and Photinia species. Prunus species are the preferred hosts.
Mole Crickets
Mole crickets are pests that tunnel through turf to feed on and ultimately damage roots. Their unique front legs enable them to burrow through lawn soil, creating both a hideaway and feeding spot.
Crabgrass
There are several species of crabgrass. Common crabgrass is one of the most undesirable and dominant weeds in home lawns. A lighter shade of green than typical turfgrasses, it has a coarse texture and clumpy appearance.
