Mites
Mites are nearly invisible, but they can cause destruction that will surely be noticed on a variety of indoor and outdoor trees, shrubs and plants. Signs that mites are present include spotting, bronzing or yellowing of leaves and the presence of small webs between twigs.
Cedar Rust
There are multiple rust fungi that affect cedars (junipers): cedar-quince rust, cedar-hawthorn rust and cedar-apple rust. All of these rusts require two different hosts and alternate between them during the year. Cedar-quince rust appears as elongated branch swellings that produce orange spores.
