Davey Resource Group performed a GIS-based tree inventory and created a community forest management plan on the 3,720 trees in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

Municipality
DRG removed invasives; installed coir logs, erosion control blankets, and native plantings; and added a stone fishing node to repair erosion, restore habitat, and improve water quality at The Lost Lake in Wildwood Park.

Non-Profit
The Cuyahoga County Public Library has 27 branches, each with unique landscaping and grounds management needs. Davey’s multi-division collaboration makes sure each branch’s needs are met.

DRG helped prestigious university MIT gain a clear understanding of their tree assets and forestry management needs by performing a comprehensive tree inventory.

Residential/Mixed Use
The Trolley Run Station and Sage Creek subdivision communities span over 3,000 acres of land in Aiken, SC. Davey’s daily grounds maintenance crews ensure current and future residents can experience nature through easily accessible outdoor common spaces.

Electric Government Utility
Davey partnered with Wisconsin Rapids Water Works and Lighting Commission (WW&LC) to clear limbs and trees from power lines after severe thunderstorms produced a micro burst with 100 miles per hour winds.

Mitigation Banking
Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. created, restored, and enhanced 375 acres of wetlands, 3.5 acres of open water, 81 acres of preserved wetlands, and 216 acres of preserved or reforested upland buffers along the Cedar Run in Virginia.

Military Base/Military Family Housing
Starting in 2007, Davey Resource Group conducted rare species monitoring and protection services and habitat management at the Sea Girt National Guard Training Center in New Jersey
