Parks & Trails
Davey Resource Group coordinated with officials in ten Colorado communities to conduct a tree inventory on 64 miles of the High Line Canal Trail. DRG arborists conducted the inventory through the lens of risk management and health preservation of the High Line Canal Trail forest system.

DRG served as the principal consultant on the Rutman Watershed restoration project, which provides significant habitat benefits as well as habitat connectivity between Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge and the riverine swamp forests of Rutman Creek and the Pungo River in North Carolina.
Non-Profit
In 2017, DRG assessed a historic bur oak in The Muny's stage area, finding severe root decay. Collaboration with SWT Design and Environmental Design, Inc., led to the installation of silva cells and large trees. DRG later advised on general tree care, including EAB management and storm response.
Electric Investor-Owned Utility
DRG helped develop an efficient solution to inspect a Northeast U.S. utility’s underground cabinets.
Natural Gas/Pipeline
Davey helped a natural gas utility complete an inspection and leak detection project for farm taps located in rural areas of Northeast and Northwest Ohio, finishing before the scheduled timeline and within financial goals.
Non-Profit
When the Hamline Church experienced water intrusion issues, DRG was called in to build a green infrastructure project that converted parking lot spaces into a greenway path that annually absorbs 190,000 gallons of stormwater.
Municipality
Davey Resource Group performed a field delineation of federally regulated wetlands in New York as well as a number of surveys and reports to facilitate design project plans that reduce impacts to wetlands according to regulatory requirements.

Davey’s existing partnership with Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA allowed them to oversee construction of a new patio and manage landscape enhancements.

Davey Resource Group Engineering had to take special care of the surrounding wetland during a 36-acre single-family land development project at Preserve at Parkside, located near Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Brecksville, Ohio.
