Keeping A Landmark Pristine
The partnership between Davey and the Opry Mills began with tree care and, since spring 2024, has blossomed into full-service landscape maintenance. A 10-person crew works a full day every week to mow the turf, prune shrubs, mulch, service irrigation systems, and tend to flower beds and planters.
Crews tackle their jobs strategically, working in less populated areas throughout the day and sometimes shutting down areas to minimize risk to the public. They also wear appropriate PPE to ensure they remain visible to vehicles and pedestrians.
