Parks & Trails
DRG oversaw native vegetation installation and management for a seven-acre wetland restoration in Chanhassen, MN. DRG performed herbicide treatments, prescribed burning, and native seeding, followed by a three-year establishment plan to ensure successful planting through 2025.

Municipality
The City of Goshen collaborated with DRG to develop Indiana’s premier forestry program to meet canopy goals and address environmental justice and equity concerns.

Natural Gas/Pipeline
When a Midwestern U.S. natural gas company needed support for their pipeline clearing project in Ohio, Davey was able to execute a turnkey program that fit their tight timeline.

Electric Investor-Owned Utility
When high winds posed a challenge for MidAmerican Electric Company to accomplish their bare ground herbicide program, they utilized Davey Resource Group’s expertise, variety of equipment, and local crews to get the job done efficiently.

Residential/Mixed Use
Pulte Homes hired Davey Resource Group Engineering to perform site planning, civil engineering, and surveying services to prepare residential lots for development in the Arbor Chase subdivision.

Government
In 2019, the Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS) received a Landscape Scale Restoration (LSR) Grant to increase resources for emerald ash borer (EAB) management. With this grant, CSFS partnered with Davey Resource Group to conduct tree inventories and assist with EAB public education and response.

Residential/Mixed Use
Davey crews are on-site weekly at Port Warwick, contributing to its idyllic atmosphere through full-service grounds maintenance.

Energy
The Somerville Landfill is being redeveloped as a solar array field. DRG conducted wetland and state open water delineation, provided regulatory permitting services, and ensured no solar panels are placed in wetlands. DRG also prepared and submitted multiple NJDEP permit applications.

Electric Co-op Utility
Davey Resource Group used boots on the ground and hybrid vehicles to inventory Barrow Utilities and Electric Cooperative’s distribution system during the community’s midnight sun season.

Mitigation Banking
DRG provided invasive species management and control for the 230-acre Lake Station Mitigation Bank, bringing the area back into compliance with state and federal regulations.
