Treesilience, a national initiative launched in 2020, partners with The Nature Conservancy, USDA Forest Service, Davey Tree Expert Company, and community-based organizations to enhance urban tree canopy. In St. Louis County, Treesilience managed tree maintenance in underserved areas.

Davey Resource Group inventoried an array of unique trees throughout Balboa Park Conservancy in California, giving park officials the opportunity to make proactive maintenance decisions and lobby for additional funding dollars.

Beyond Housing, aided by an EPA grant, aimed to enhance community forestry in 24:1 area communities. They partnered with DRG to conduct a tree canopy assessment, produce tailored reports, and develop visual tools for local planning, emphasizing equity and community engagement.
Hospitality
Davey Tree lent their expertise to Silver Dollar City Theme Park to evaluate the health of their tree canopy near five roller coasters. Davey’s certified arborists identified hazards and prioritized pruning to help mitigate future risks.
Golf Course
Since 2010, Davey has pruned trees and provided plant health care services to the historic Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, MD.
Municipality
DRG planted and performed aftercare services on 611 trees in Quincy, MA as part of the Greening the Gateway Program. Thanks to the expertise of DRG’s crews, the tree mortality rate was under 5%.
Transportation
Davey Resource Group conducts tree health assessments across northern California transportation rights-of-way to help Caltrans mitigate tree-related damage and public safety concerns.
Residential/Mixed Use
Davey Resource Group was referred by The Davey Tree Expert Company’s Residential/Commercial (R/C) Office in South Austin to provide a tree assessment survey, report, and maintenance recommendations for Foundation Communities, a local nonprofit to Austin, Texas.
