In this WBTV interview, Matt Betz, assistant district manager of Davey's Charlotte office, gives his advice on springtime tree care ahead of hurricane season.

With recent severe weather in parts of our viewing area, it’s been a good reminder as to why it’s a good idea to take care of potentially problematic trees before hurricane season arrives on June 1st. Matt Betz, the assistant district manager at Davey Tree Expert Company, joined the QC Morning Team to tell us three things to look for when it comes to determining whether a tree may need removed. In addition, he provided some insight on how to boost the roots of trees and care for them year round.
