Kent, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, Limited, is proud to announce the promotion of Matt Coady to market manager of the Island of British Columbia, Canada. He will oversee operations of Residential/Commercial (R/C) services at both Davey’s Nanaimo and Victoria offices.

Coady started with Davey in 2016 as the assistant district manager of Davey’s Vancouver office. In 2017, he was promoted to district manager of Davey’s Nanaimo office.
He is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist® and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified with over 10 years of industry experience. Coady has also volunteered at the ISA Pacific Northwest Climbing Competition Championships.
His further commitment to the industry includes being on Vancouver Island University’s horticulture program advisory board where he participates in meetings regarding the value and direction of the natural resources-centered program.
