• Sudden Oak Death: Early signs include cankers, leaf spots, sap seeping from the trunk and foliage loss. The disease leads to dieback and tree loss.
• Anthracnose: Ash symptoms include brown patches along veins on new leaves. Maple, Oak, and Sycamore symptoms feature brown lesions or dead areas along leaf veins. 
• Root Rot: Stunted growth, small foliage, early needle or leaf drop, branch dieback (especially in the upper crown), and sometimes heavy resin flow saturating in the bark.
