Shaw Engineering

Davey Resource Group conducted numerous stream determinations, reviewed wetland delineations, and helped with permitting requirements on 134 acres of future development for Shaw Engineering.

Project Narrative

Davey Resource Group, Inc. (DRG) was contracted by Shaw Engineering to conduct numerous stream determinations on an approximately 134-acre future development. Project tasks included conducting stream determinations, reviewing wetland delineations, photo-documenting site conditions, preparing mitigation documents, and conducting threatened and endangered species reviews. Project work included the preparation of permit applications for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) 404 individual permit to authorize impacts to identified aquatic resources.

Staying On Schedule

DRG went above and beyond by not only coordinating mitigation requirements with USACE, Kentucky Division of Water (KYDOW), client, and the mitigation bank but also providing extensive communication to agency personnel and the client to keep the project on the correct timeline.
