Electric Investor-Owned Utility
Davey mobilized over 800 employees in five states to help clear fallen trees and limbs from utility rights-of-way, roadways, and other areas to help restore power.
Non-Profit
Beyond Housing, aided by an EPA grant, aimed to enhance community forestry in 24:1 area communities. They partnered with DRG to conduct a tree canopy assessment, produce tailored reports, and develop visual tools for local planning, emphasizing equity and community engagement.
Government
In 2023, DRG was contracted by the Michigan DNR to restore Curtis Creek Fen, a 12-acre biodiverse wetland area. DRG targeted wetland invasives and woody species to enhance biodiversity, using spot treatments and cautious methods to avoid disturbing wildlife.
Municipality
DRG conducted a tree inventory and developed a management plan that will help the City of Aitkin better understand the maintenance needs of its urban forest.

Davey Resource Group, Inc. installed 200 modified pipeline markers throughout several counties in Ohio to allow cavity-nesting birds to thrive in ROW habitats.

Davey Resource Group used tree inventory data they gathered to create a tree management plan that focuses on Emerald Ash Borer for the City of Buffalo in Minnesota.

Davey Resource Group performed endangered and threatened species studies for the Tesla Laboratories’ proposed solar farm at Fort Indiantown Gap in Pennsylvania. In addition to species studies, DRG also prepared environmental documentation and permits.

Davey Resource Group collected location data on over 11 million feet of lines for TVEC, which will be used to design a route for fiber line installation.
