William Payer
Project Manager
Bill Payer joined Davey in 2011 as a GPS and GIS technician. Using his technical management skills to track and monitor projects of all sizes and complexity, Bill has since been promoted to project manager. As a project manager, he is responsible for make-ready engineering (MRE) design and construction, providing clients turn-key solutions for joint use applications with his team. Bill also manages the scheduling of construction for approved electrical contractors, working with the utility line to meet all FCC required timelines.
