Tom Pysher

Tom joined Davey in 2012 as a joint-use auditor, completing projects throughout the United States. Fueled by his determination to grow professionally with Davey, Tom moved into a project coordinator role in pole loading analysis, and then into a project manager for make-ready engineering for client Consumers Energy. His tireless work ethic and success helped him transition to an area manager role in asset management services, then a regional operations manager role. He has since been promoted to division manager of Davey Resource Group’s Asset Management engineering services team. In his role, Tom oversees the Asset Management team’s engineering financials and operations nationwide, with a focus on larger strategic planning initiatives. His key successes in this role include co-developing internal training programs, including the Asset Management Academy and Manager in Training.
