Rex Harris joined Davey in 2025 as a project developer with 15 years of experience in the industry. In this role, Rex develops and manages a range of reliability and asset management projects, including pole inspections, underground inspections, make-ready engineering, joint-use audits, system verification, and full-scale system inventories for electric cooperatives and municipalities across the United States. Rex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication from American Intercontinental University.
