Rachel Foot is Manager of Online Education. With over 10 years of experience as an adult educator and instructional designer, Rachel provides support in the creation of engaging and interactive online training experiences.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the West of England, a Master’s of Science in Communication Education and Mass Media Technology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from Kent State University.
