Lucas joined Davey in 2021 as a pre-inspector with the SoCal Edison project. Demonstrating his natural leadership skills and drive, he has since been promoted to project manager. In his role, Lucas manages the pre-inspection partnership with SoCal Edison and Davey Tree Surgery. His responsibilities include ensuring delivery of high quality work prescriptions, recommending innovative solutions to bolster efficiency, strengthening relationships with our clients and partners, fostering a strong, employee-centered safety culture, and developing future leaders within a high functioning team.
