Market Manager, Transmission & Substation Engineering
Jay joined Davey in 2025 as market manager for the Transmission & Substation Engineering team. In his role, Jay expands Davey Resource Group’s current asset management operations into the transmission and substation space by strengthening existing relationships with electric utilities. With industry experience going back to 2001, Jay spent half of his career in engineering positions supporting substations and fossil fuel generation, as well as leadership roles.
