Herbert Landmann
Consulting Horticulturalist/Arborist
Herb joined Davey in 2002, working as a project manager over multiple landscaping and arboriculture projects from the Chantilly, VA office through 2008. Most recently, Herb has been a project manager for the Davey Business Development Team in the New York City Area performing the duties of Contract Arborist and Horticulture/Arboriculture Instructor at The Woodlawn Cemetery in The Bronx, NY. He also provides field project support, estimating and proposal preparation services.
Herb is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS) and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, a New Jersey Licensed Tree Expert, Massachusetts Certified Arborist, Maine First Class Landscape Arborist, holds pesticide applicators licenses in the states of New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts and completed the Davey Institute of Tree Science (DITS) education course in 2006. Herb holds an associates degree in ornamental horticulture from The City University of New York and a bachelors degree in business administration from Cal State University.
