Chad joined Davey in 2024 as an account manager. In his role, Chad plays a key role in driving growth, securing new contracts, and maintaining operational excellence within the utility sector. Leveraging over 16 years of industry experience and relationships, Chad actively pursues new business opportunities and develops competitive bid proposals that position his team for long-term success. During his time at Davey, Chad has contributed to a period of rapid expansion. Chad regularly forecasts revenue projections and works to meet weekly targets, reviewing P&L reports daily and making strategic adjustments as needed. His role bridges client service and internal operations, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met while maintaining clear communication between executive leadership and staff to align with corporate goals. Chad also collaborates with project managers and supervisors to ensure his team’s workforce is fully utilized and resources are balanced across all active projects.

In the field, Chad has led storm response efforts by deploying and overseeing assessment teams, ensuring safe operations aligned with Davey standards. Additionally, he manages fleet readiness through routine inspections, job site observations, and equipment compliance checks.
