Erika Schoenberger
General Counsel & President, Davey Tree Surgery Company
Since joining Davey in 2018 as General Counsel, Erika has been instrumental in the company's success. Following a successful re-build of the company’s legal department, Erika established the company’s first formal compliance program, adeptly guided the company as the Pandemic Coordinator during the COVID-19 crisis, and provided oversight for the critical areas of risk, health and safety, and claims.
Her ability to think creatively and develop risk-benefit business strategies led to her promotion to General Counsel and President of The Davey Tree Surgery Company.
Erika actively contributes to her industry, serving on policy committees for the Tree Care Industry Association and the National Association of Lawncare Professionals. She holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
