Brent Repenning
President, Specialized Services & Emerging Business
Brent Repenning is the President of Specialized Services & Emerging Business for Davey Resource Group. His responsibilities include leading a diverse team of professionals to expand DRG’s existing expertise in utility vegetation management, utility asset management, environmental consulting, and mitigation banking.
Since beginning his career with Davey in 1994, Brent has served in various capacities, including intern, field data collector, project manager, production manager, regional manager, vice president, vice president & general manager, and senior vice president. He was promoted to his current position of President of Specialized Services & Emerging Business in 2026.
In addition, Brent is a contributing member of the Smart Growth and Financial Sustainability strategy teams associated with Davey’s Vision 20/30 strategic plan. Further, he is a past recipient of Davey’s Outstanding Manager award and is a current member of the Proxy Committee, the acquisition team and the safety committee. He was elected a corporate officer of The Davey Tree Expert Company in 2013.
Brent is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management and Forestry. He is a member of the Society of American Foresters (SAF), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), the Utility Arborist Association (UAA), the American Association of Geographers (AAG) and the Geospatial Information and Technology Association (GITA).
