The Paul & Jean Harris Home Foundation
Paul Harris, the original Rotary founder, formed the Rotary Club of Chicago in 1905. Today, the nonprofit Paul and Jean Harris’ Home Foundation is working to restore the home Paul and his wife, Jean, lived in until 1947, located in the Ridge Historic District on the south side of Chicago. In 2021, Davey became the home's official tree care company.
Since then, we've provided a variety of services including the removal of invasive and high risk trees, including six mulberry trees, two declining spruce trees, two dead ash trees, and one declining maple, pruning two oak trees and five elm trees for health, safety, and appearance, and customizing a plant health care plan for the property.
