I once heard it said, "People who think they know it all really frustrate those of us who do." Property managers are expected to know it all, from landscaping to HVAC to electrical to roofing. So, how many of you know it all? Impossible, right? The way to do it is to surround yourself with people who are experts at what you are not.
The problem is, those who need an expert simply Google the subject and never vet the people who come up in the search. I know it is the easiest thing to do. However, you are doing yourself a major disservice. Lots of people who come to your property claim to be experts. Do your homework.
