Davey Resource Group, Inc. (DRG) provides Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM E1527-21 as part of All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), supporting CERCLA liability protection, including the Innocent Landowner Defense.
Our Environmental Professionals conduct Phase I ESAs for undeveloped, residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
When Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) are identified, DRG can proceed with Phase II ESAs in accordance with ASTM E1903-19 to evaluate potential contamination and associated liability.
We also provide ASTM E1528-22 Transaction Screen Assessments for early-stage environmental due diligence, which do not provide CERCLA liability protection.
In addition, DRG assists clients with environmental incident response and regulatory coordination, including engagement with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NC DEQ), Division of Waste Management.
