Our Environmental Professionals conduct Phase I ESAs for undeveloped, residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

When Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) are identified, DRG can proceed with Phase II ESAs in accordance with ASTM E1903-19 to evaluate potential contamination and associated liability.

We also provide ASTM E1528-22 Transaction Screen Assessments for early-stage environmental due diligence, which do not provide CERCLA liability protection.
