Effective reporting, planning, and communication skills are what set Rick Close apart from the rest in the green industry. Rick started his career in 1982 and joined Davey in 1996 as a manager for the Municipal Urban Forestry division of Davey Resource Group, Inc. He has since transitioned into Davey’s Business Development team as a business developer, where he covers an area from Philadelphia to New Jersey and southern New York . In his current role, Rick has worked on several invasive species projects and has gained extensive experience in tree consultation and inventory projects for a variety of clients.
