Tom Pysher
Director of Operations, Engineering Services
Tom joined Davey in 2012 as a joint-use auditor, completing projects throughout the United States. Fueled by his determination to grow professionally with Davey, Tom moved into a project coordinator role in pole loading analysis, and then into a project manager role for make-ready engineering for client Consumers Energy.
His tireless work ethic helped him transition successfully to an area manager role in asset management services, then to a regional operations manager role. He has since been promoted to Director of Davey Resource Group’s Asset Management engineering services team. In his role, Tom oversees the Asset Management team’s engineering financials and operations nationwide, with a focus on larger strategic planning initiatives. His key successes in this role include co-developing internal training programs, including the Asset Management Academy and Manager in Training.
