Carla Waldron
Production Manager
Carla Waldron joined Davey in 1999 as a GIS analyst. She has since been promoted to production manager. As production manager for Davey Resource Group's Technical Operations team, Carla coordinates the operational systems and processes that support project execution from planning through production, delivery, invoicing, and project closeout. With more than 26 years of experience at Davey, she has held roles including analyst, project manager, GIS manager, and production manager, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
Carla specializes in developing standardized processes, reporting systems, and operational tools that improve project visibility, production tracking, financial reporting, and invoicing accuracy. She works closely with project management, GIS, implementation, field operations, finance, and clients to align operational and financial information, enabling informed decision-making and successful project delivery.
Throughout her career, Carla has led the development of project tracking systems, operational dashboards, revenue reporting processes, forecasting tools, and invoicing workflows that have improved efficiency, increased reporting transparency, and strengthened coordination across multiple teams. Her passion is building scalable operational systems that help both internal teams and clients successfully manage complex utility asset management projects.
Carla has a bachelor's degree in communications and political science with a minor in GIS, and a Master's degree in Geography.
