Ray joined Davey in 2022 as an account manager. In his first full year, Ray proved his leadership skills by selling, managing, and completing several large-scale landscape construction installations. He has since transitioned to Davey’s Business Development Team as a regional business developer in the Detroit area. Ray uses his interpersonal skills to connect with people on personal and professional levels, creating long-lasting relationships with his clients. Ray has a Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and has been involved in the green industry since 2014.
