KENT, Ohio -- John Kusnier has joined Davey Resource Group, a division of The Davey Tree Expert Company, as an ecological services project developer and NEPA team lead in its natural resource consulting group. He will specialize in developing projects related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance.
Kusnier has more than 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting field in support of private, public and transportation development projects. His areas of expertise include wetlands and ecological characterization, wetland mitigation design and monitoring, waterways permitting and environmental document preparation under NEPA. Prior to joining Davey, Kusnier was with a Toledo-based engineering and environmental firm where he served as senior project manager and geoenvironmental group manager.
Kusnier is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
