Kent, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Co. has announced the promotion of Dan Yoho to district manager of the Youngstown, Ohio, residential/commercial office.
Yoho started with Davey in 1978 as a lawn care sales and service technician in the Akron, Ohio, office before moving up to several more positions within Davey.
Yoho is a 1985 graduate of the Davey Institute of Tree Sciences, which is Davey’s flagship training program in biological sciences, safety, tree and plant care and management techniques. He is a 1979 graduate of the Davey Institute of Lawn Sciences.
“Dan played an important role in establishing the Youngstown office,” said Jeff Crites, Davey market manager of residential/commercial services. “His experience in the region and more than 30 years in the industry will serve him well in this leadership position.”
