Davey Resource Group helped with the construction and continued monitoring of the Caton Creek Mitigation Bank project in South Carolina, the first stream and wetland mitigation bank in the area.

Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. created, restored, and enhanced 375 acres of wetlands, 3.5 acres of open water, 81 acres of preserved wetlands, and 216 acres of preserved or reforested upland buffers along the Cedar Run in Virginia.
Transportation
Davey Resource Group performed wetland delineations and a number of environmental studies along a 30-mile highway corridor for the Tappan Zee Bridge replacement project. Environmental studies included upland terrestrial habitat mapping and various endangered and threatened species studies.
Mitigation Banking
The Owen Farm stream and wetland mitigation project restored over 8,565 linear feet of West Fork French Broad River and unnamed tributaries in Transylvania County, NC. Davey Resource Group is providing monitoring and maintenance services for this restoration project.

Davey Resource Group conducted numerous stream determinations, reviewed wetland delineations, and helped with permitting requirements on 134 acres of future development for Shaw Engineering.
Mitigation Banking
Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. constructed and monitored a 230-acre wetland bank in Prince William County, Virginia which was approved as successful by the USACE in 2005.
Municipality
Davey Resource Group helped Ottawa County Landfill in Ohio restore wetlands on a previously farmed site as part of a regulation compliance with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Ohio EPA.
