Davey Tree Promotes Klein to District Manager

Kent, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Company has announced the promotion of Adam Klein to district manager of Davey’s Crystal Lake, Illinois, residential/commercial office.

Klein started with Davey in 2000 as a trimmer. He was promoted in 2002 to crew leader, and in 2003 he moved in to sales. Klein is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. He also is an International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist. Klein volunteers with the Land Conservancy of McHenry County and as an instructor of chainsaw use and tree camping with Becoming an Outdoors-Woman, a non-profit educational program offering hands-on workshops to adult women.

“Adam brings an abundance of energy and skill to this new role,” said Geoff Cowan, market manager of Davey’s Chicago-based residential/commercial operations. “His knowledge of the Chicago area will serve him well in this leadership position.”
