An innovative joint program with Kent State University takes this value a step further. Davey employees can now earn an associate in science degree through a combination of Davey-offered training and academic course work.

The program also offers participants the potential of earning a bachelor's degree, and scholarship funds may be available from the Arbor Grant program.
