The New York Public Service Commission now requires all New York electric utilities to survey for and correct any hardware malfunctions that generate potentially dangerous stray voltage. This was mandated to prevent injury or death to members of the public who may accidentally come into contact with this voltage. Davey Resource Group (DRG) performed this testing for National Grid in western New York and in New England.
When the state of Oklahoma suffered the largest outage in its history, Davey Resource Group (DRG) was on hand to help restore power to tens of thousands of Oklahoma Electric Cooperative (OEC) customers affected by ice storms in December 2007.
Manitoba Hydro (MBHydro) relied on Davey Resource Group (DRG) to perform a comprehensive analysis of its program to help improve the efficiency and quality of the utility's vegetation management operations and reduce associated costs.
