Endangered Species

When it comes to endangered species, Davey Resource Group can do everything from the initial reconnaissance study, to gathering data, to preparing a study plan to use during coordination with federal and state agencies.

As part of the initial reconnaissance study to determine proper site locations for the trap placements, the team also gathers data to prepare a study plan, carefully following guidelines recommended by the appropriate governmental and agency organizations.

During the survey, Davey Resource Group provides progress updates to the client on a regular basis so that any obstacles or findings are clearly communicated. All locations are mapped using GPS and depicted on aerial photographs. The purpose of the surveys are to confirm the absence or presence of these listed species and, further, to ensure no rare, threatened, or endangered species or their critical habitats are negatively impacted by the past contamination.
