Pittsburgh Tree Action Plan
Pittsburgh has more than 2,000 acres of parkland and urban forest. The ecological health of this land is threatened with extensive tree loss due to diseases, invasive species, and deer overbrowse. The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy is taking the lead to develop a Tree Action Plan to minimize loss and speed recovery.
