	Chris Heim, district manager With an educational background in forestry, Chris joined Davey in 1983 and quickly learned about urban tree care. He has developed a love for helping homeowners solve their landscaping issues. A certified arborist, he is a graduate of Hocking Technical College and Kent State University. Chris and Karen, his wife of more than 25 years and Davey colleague, have two sons and two daughters.

	Jeff Matheney, sales representative Jeff began his career in the tree industry in 1956, when his father started a tree farm in Indiana. A graduate of Purdue University, he has been with Davey since 1982 and is a certified arborist. He most enjoys his daily opportunities to educate clients about tree and lawn care. Jeff and his wife of more than 40 years have two daughters and four grandsons. He loves music, motorcycles, wood working and hunting.

	Joel Twist, sales representative Joel began his career in 2001 between his semesters at Allegany College of Maryland and worked in Maryland and North Carolina before joining the Atlanta team. A certified arborist, he enjoys educating people about their landscapes and helping them protect their property investments. Joel and his wife have a son and are expecting their second child in January 2011.

	Karen Heim, office coordinator Karen earned her accounting degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and joined Davey in 2009. She loves happy customers and keeps busy ensuring that through courtesy calls for scheduling, annual renewals and order processing. Karen and Chris, her husband of more than 25 years and Davey colleague, have two sons and two daughters.

	Eileen Cardillo, office coordinator Eileen recently joined the Atlanta team. A graduate of The American University with a degree in graphic design, she loves working with satisfied Davey customers. Eileen, a mom to three, is a freelance artist and loves to travel.
