Tom Rawley joined Davey in 2017 as an IT software support technician. In this role, Rawley is responsible for the customizations of our proprietary management and mobile mapping software for our municipal inventory team and for providing technical training and software support for clients across the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, Rawley is responsible for quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of our software products and software support for our internal operations.
Rawley is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems at Kent State University.
