Aidan Teagle, B.S., joined Davey in 2018 as an IT software support technician. In this role, Teagle is responsible for server management, maintenance, and optimization of Davey Resource Group’s hosted proprietary software. Teagle also handles on-call phone support, data conversion, and the quality control of Davey’s custom management software products built for municipal urban forestry clients, in addition to the internal implementation of Davey’s software support tracking program. Additionally, Teagle supports the third-party integration team and helps create tools and automated processes for streamlining database and server tasks.
Teagle holds a bachelor’s degree in applied engineering with a concentration in computer engineering technology from Kent State University.
