Alicia is a biologist and project manager for Davey Resource Group’s Natural Resources Consulting group in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Alicia has eight years of experience in natural resources and is responsible for overseeing a variety of ecological projects including ecological restoration planning and implementation for wetland, shoreline, stream, prairie, and savanna habitats; wetland delineations; mitigation monitoring; herbaceous vegetation assessments; water quality monitoring; and watershed studies including watershed management plans. Alicia has completed the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Identification and Delineation training course, holds a professional certificate in watershed management from the Indiana Watershed Leadership Academy, and is a Certified Natural Shoreline Professional. Ms. Douglass is a member of the Indiana Native Plant and Wildflower Society, Indiana Water Monitoring Council, and is a Hoosier Riverwatch volunteer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and a Master of Environmental Science degree from Taylor University.
