Justin Stratton manages the Davey Resource Group’s Information Technology department. In his duties as production manager of IT Services, Mr. Stratton is responsible for scoping and coordinating the development of IT related projects across several markets. He oversees the needs assessment, functional design, development cycle and maintenance cycle of most Davey Resource Group developed software, including RowKeeper Rover, myRowKeeper, TreeKeeper Product Suite, and custom applications such as Partners for Clean Stream’s DMDS.
His department supports these systems across Davey Resource Group’s internal and external user base. He is also responsible for assisting sales personnel and needs assessment for potential clients. Mr. Stratton’s technical expertise in Geographic Information Systems, Information Technology, and Database Design and Analysis is well balanced with his years of experience in supporting and aiding end users in operating the Davey Resource Group software systems.
His ability to effectively communicate with both highly technical users as well as the end users has led to products that meet the needs of both these groups. His understanding of the operational functions of urban forestry and utility vegetation management programs from around the United States allows for him to aid users in utilizing Davey Resource Group software products in a variety of different levels.
