David Lee is a biologist and project manager with the Davey Resource Group’s Natural Resource Solutions team. David has over 10 years’ experience as a wildlife biologist and environmental specialist. Mr. Lee studied ecotourism in Costa Rica as a graduate student at Montana State University, where he earned a Master of Science degree. He earned his undergraduate degree, also in Biology, at U.C. Santa Cruz, where he studied Conservation Biology and conducted field research on macaws in the Peruvian Amazon and gray whales off the California Coast. Since then, Mr. Lee has provided biological services on utility construction projects throughout the U.S., performing biological surveys for listed species and managing field staff. Mr. Lee continues to advance his skills sets in project management, team leadership, and effective communications with project stakeholders.
