Keary Doon sought a career with Davey because he saw it as a company that cared for its employees and provided many opportunities for advancement. Since joining Davey’s residential division in 1998, he has proven he was right.

Doon now serves as branch manager of the Columbus West office of Davey’s Commercial Grounds Management division. He began with the company as a mowing foreman and received training from quality people to prepare him for each new position, he says.

“Davey provides a family atmosphere and training that are second to none,” Doon says. “The people who have trained me along the way are more than just co-workers. They are friends.”
